Functional Imagery Training in Practice

Learn how to deliver FIT to individual clients in our structured, hands-on workshop. 

FIT in Practice is available to healthcare practitioners and coaches who:

• Hold a professional healthcare qualification and registration with the UK Health and Care Professions Council or equivalent, or
• Hold a recognised coaching qualification
• And have practical experience of motivational interviewing or similar person-centred approaches, or have completed of the Communication Skills for Behaviour Change course.
