Team
FIT has been developed by researchers at the University of Plymouth and Queensland University of Technology.
FIT is supported by substantial scientific research on the role of imagery in motivation. Our team's work combines basic science with real-world application. We conduct laboratory studies to test the psychological mechanisms driving motivation, psychometric studies to develop better tools for measuring desire, qualitative research to co-develop new interventions, and clinical trials to evaluate FIT against other techniques. You can read more about these studies on our Research page.
